Prices and Payment
Each product is provided with the price including VAT (by default). In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, delivery and payment.
Payment terms are specified in the basket depend on the chosen method of payment.

Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your notice to us you must be clear that you change your mind. The withdrawal period period starts the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract is a specially made product - or to be a product with a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we left the details.
You have not right if:
Service / production commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent, price depends on financial market fluctuations, such as a stock, goods because of their nature can not be returned.
When you use your right:
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. Once the item has been hoisted in a flagpole or otherwise used it outdoors as indoors.
If the item is damaged or lost because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Warranties and Service
For products sold through Flaggfabriken Svanen webshop is guaranteed in accordance with what is stipulated under specific products. Consumables (flags, pennants, etc.) are not covered by any warranty. In some cases, we perform free service (as best we can) of products in a shorter period of use had the misfortune to break. Have a product been exposed to storm or have been used for a long time and is needed of repair, we can at a cost accomplish this.
Deliveries
The delivery time is stated in the cart under each shipping method. If a product has deviant delivery time it is specified in the respective product. We normally deliver a stock item the same day or the day after ordering.
Unclaimed packages
Have you selected COD as shipping method, your goods remain in postal office for three weeks. Not retrieved goods is returned to us. For all packages that are not cashed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, service fee and handling fee, currently 150 SEK.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed the wrong product. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, not COD. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipment from us to you.
When you exercised your right to cancel you shall, if it is a product: send and return it to us.
Repayment Obligation:
We will, if you exercised your right to cancel, refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you changed your mind. You may have to pay back the cost when sending the item back. We always pay back the cost of returning the so called replacement products.
